Twitter IPO Announcement - $15B Valuation?

Today Twitter tweeted this news of its pending IPO:

"We’ve confidentially submitted an S-1 to the SEC for a planned IPO. This Tweet does not constitute an offer of any securities for sale."

According to a report from Reuters,

• Twitter's IPO is expected to raise over $1B 
• The IPO will take place before Thanksgiving and
• Twitter's total valuation is estimated at around $15 billion
