Market Decline Has Fear & Greed Index Showing Fear

CNN's "Fear & Greed Index" has fallen into the "Fear Zone" with the markets decline from their March 1 record closing highs.

Today Investors are skittish as:

• The markets are 1.4% to 4.8% below their March 1st record closing highs. 
• The GOP tries to muster enough votes to pass President Trump's AHCA, American Health Care Act, in the House.  
• There was a terrorist attack today in the UK "Deadly Attack Near U.K. Parliament; Car Plows Victims on Westminster Bridge."
